Triniti™: The Three-in-One Laser System for Great Skin

Your skin, and especially your face, are immediately visible to anyone you meet. So when wrinkles, lax skin, and age spots inevitably crop up as you get older, it may make you self-conscious about your appearance. Fortunately, there are ways you can “beat the clock” and get back your youthful glow.

At Med Physique Center for Aesthetics in Austin, Texas, our expert team of aestheticians understands your concerns and offers a number of different anti-aging skin treatments, including the revolutionary Triniti™ laser system. Best of all, in January we’re offering 20% of this treatment. Here’s what you need to know about your skin and how to pamper it.

Skin basics

Your body produces a fibrous protein called collagen that gives your skin its strength and resilience. You have plenty of collagen when you’re young, but after about age 25, production starts to decrease. Other factors also contribute to its depletion, such as smoking and the sun’s ultraviolet rays. The end result is your skin can no longer maintain its smooth texture, and you develop sags, wrinkles, and rough patches.

As you age, you can also develop hyperpigmented areas called age spots or sun spots, since the sun can trigger melanin production. These flat, oval areas are usually tan to dark brown, range from the size of a freckle to about half an inch across, and are completely harmless. Like wrinkled skin, though, they can put a dent in your self-image and make you feel old.

Intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy

IPL therapy uses a device that sends a multi-wavelength beam of light into the treatment area, whether it be for wrinkles or for age spots. The light harmlessly penetrates the epidermis, your outer layer of skin, and heats up the dermis, the middle layer, where collagen and pigment reside.

The heat destroys the unwanted pigment and old collagen cells and causes the skin to ramp up new collagen production. The waste is flushed from your body over time, and you come out with brighter, tighter skin.

Triniti™ skin treatments

Here at Med Physique Center for Aesthetics, we’re proud to offer the revolutionary Triniti skin treatment system along with the versatile elos Plus® laser. The system offers three advanced skin treatments in one session, combining bi-polar frequency and IPL to precisely target and heat tissue within the treatment area, breaking up unwanted pigment and triggering new collagen production to smooth and tighten your skin.

We provide a topical anesthetic cream and external cooling to ensure you remain comfortable during the treatment. Most patients don’t find the process uncomfortable, and they’re pleased they can return to their normal activities immediately after leaving the office.

Triniti saves you time, since it combines three aesthetic procedures into a single treatment. You can expect each session to take 45-60 minutes, with an additional 15-30 minutes if you’re having your neck done as well as your face. We generally recommend 3-5 sessions three to four weeks apart for best results, with a touch-up every six months or so. Most patients see a gradual and continual improvement over the full treatment course.

If you’re bothered by fine lines, wrinkles, sagging skin, and/or age spots, the Triniti system may be the right choice for all your woes. Winter is a perfect opportunity to address many beauty issues, including treating sun-sensitive areas like dark circles, laser hair, and uneven skin tone! Plus, we’re offering 25% off laser hair the rest of this month!!
